Reliving My Childhood.

Some weeks, I can't believe have already passed and I am already writing another blog post. But I am indeed grateful for every week-no matter how tough-and every experience. Just had to say that. :)

It's no secret that I'm an auntie of 4 fantastic kiddos. Here's what they are like to me:

Mike: She's basically the little sister I never got...and now have. Except of me bossing her around, she bosses me around...and beats me up. Just kidding. But she's killer at waking you up when you're trying to take a nap. "Riisssaaaa....Riiiisssssaaa! You seeping?" *Pokes you in the eye and does an evil laugh* Okay maybe not evil. I just like my sleep. Anyways, this little girl is the best. She makes my day every time I see her and always knows the strange ways to cheer me up. She can drive me nuts like a little sister, but I'm so glad to have her in my life. Ya done well Josh and Kari.

Sam-Bam: This kid is hilarious. He has got such a silly personality and is always smiling...or being mischievous. He's such a climber...holy bananas that kid. He could really be a rock climber someday. When he sits on my lap or snuggles with me it makes me so happy-even if he is crushing my insides with his sumo wrestler body-he's such a cute and silly little boy and can easily make your day with his little smile...just remember to keep an eye on what he does next. ;)

Lukey: Oh boy! This kid is seriously the funniest. He loves to scare people and loves his Baby Einsteins. He loves to do silly things and make others laugh and loves to play with his dad! He also really likes selfies. Whip out a phone with camera, and he is ready! Luke has the cutest/funniest laugh. You know those baby commercials and how they have the little baby laugh sometimes? Well it's very real. Luke's got it. Only it's about a billion times cuter and funnier. Jake and Kendra make them cute.

Kaz: As Josh would say, she's a Honey Badger. This little stink pot manages to get into anything and everything. Turn your back for literally a second, and she's into something! Kaz also loves her crown, she can be such a little diva. But you can't help but be happy when she (or any of them) come up and want you to hold her. It melts your heart. There's also some auntie pride when she gets excited when you walk in the door.

I know, those kiddos are far from understanding what I just typed. But for some reason, I felt like that needed to be said. I'm glad to have those crazy, loopy, silly weirdos in my life. Being an aunt is good.

So here's a few random pictures and a few extra reasons why I love some of my favorite little humans: (sorry, not sorry for all the repeat pictures from previous blog posts)
Lukey always manages to make weird faces for pictures...I love it!

Sam likes to see himself smile.

They are basically-almost-taller than me.

Oh you didn't believe me?

I love that they love shopping as much as I do.

And that duck tape faces are okay to them.

They pose very well.

Did I mention they show the same "passion" for shopping as I do?

They make silly faces.

Sometimes the same ones in every picture.

Except when they accidentally step on the dogs paw, therefore the cutest lip everrrr!

They like me for my iPad.

And also for my awesome putting them to nap skills.

They also like food just like me.

And talking on the phone.

It's basically the best thing ever.

They also like me for my iPhone.

They dig it.

We all like our jammies.

I even got this nugget to sleep. #booyah.

Because of them, I got to go on the mall train.

It was as fantastic as Mike's face!

And Sam dug it...on the inside. He actually chased the train afterwards...it was pretty hysterical.

Luke liked to stand up and look out the window.

They get cool cars so I get to drive them...but I'm too fat so they don't go far.

They have the cutest crooked smiles.

And we both get excited to see Elmo!

~I'm very fortunate to have these kiddos in my life. Because of them, I'm Reliving My Childhood and it's making it Full of Smiles.~

Bonus: You made it through this week's post! So here's an old picture of when Adam, Andrew, and I stayed at Jake and Kendra's and played laser tag. We are rad.

50 FLIPPING DAYS UNTIL MY BEST FRIEND COMES HOME!!! TO SAY I AM EXCITED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I cannot wait to give this kid a huge hug.

-If you're feelin' it, leave a comment! I would love to know what ya'll think...unless this is just me talking to myself. I love to share my testimony through this blog. :)

  1. You are a cute aunt! It makes me miss my little sister! She loved to hang out with my kids when we were in Texas, and she was the BEST baby-sitter when I needed her help! Those kiddos are lucky to have you close by!
