But it's not all sad. I'm so grateful that I got to spend these past two weeks with all of them (other than Adam and Andrew) it's seriously my favorite staying up late with them playing games, and talking and laughing. We have the greatest time. It's always a party in the Barnes household when everyone is home! I can't wait until we can get back together again. I love my family. They're the bestest.
They say we chose our families in heaven, and I think that's true. We can be different sometimes with our different interests, but we all have a grand time together and finding a common bond-the gospel. I love to hear my brothers crazy high school and mission stories. A few people have told me that they are jealous that my brothers and I have a good bond. Maybe I vocalize it too often, but for the most part we do. I love that I've always been able to talk to them about anything, and they have even chosen wives that are now my sistas! They even make cute kiddos. I'm so grateful that families are eternal.
Now for some pictures! (Be sure to check the last post "Guilty" to see most of the photos from these past two weeks!)
This is my best friend ya'll.
And Carly. I guess he's cool too.
I'm really diggin Chris's photobomb in this picture.
The besties!
Excuse my face in this, but look at Kaz's hilarious.
Kazia had her FIRST ponytail! You can't tell, but it's flipping cute.
It was also Kaz's FIRST birthday today! Crazy to think she's already one! I love her.
She knows what the best gifts are made of.
This girl LOVES necklaces. Nice call Kate.
Look at her wear all those necklaces. Super crazy.
Mike blowin' the noise maker thingy majigger.
Her smile is the cutest.
Mike also really liked Kaz's toys. Because that's what big sisters are for right?
They also loved Kaz's toboggan from Nana and Papa.
Blowin out the candle! The first time I've seen a baby that interested in a candle. (Okay, cake really.)
And a video for ya'll if it works!
That face.
I don't know where Mike gets all that sass.
"Cheeseburgurrrrrrr!"
Swaggin the glasses.
Wearing them on the top of her head just like Kate!
~The Sibling With Drawl is a real thing. But I'm glad to have experienced it and to have spent these past two weeks with the family. Those two weeks were Full of Smiles!~
